FRANCES COPPA’S BROWNIES
Melt:
¼ lb. butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
Add:
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beating well after each
Stir in:
¼ c. plus 2 T. flour
1 t. vanilla
½ c. nuts (optional)
Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees in an 8 inch by 8 inch pan. Cut while warm
