SEVEN MINUTE FROSTING

2 egg whites
1 ½ cup sugar
1 ½ t. light corn syrup
1/3 c. cold water
¼ t. cream of tartar
1 t. vanilla

Cook all ingredients over boiling water for about seven minutes beating constantly with electric mixer.  Add vanilla and continue to beat until of spreading consistency.
