BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALSA

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp lime or lemon juice

1 tsp ground cumin

1 19 oz. can black beans, rinsed

1 11oz. can corn, drained

1/2 cup finely chopped red or sweet onion

2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro

1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped (remove seeds and white membrane)

combine mayonnaise, lime juice and cumin.  Add remaining ingredients.  Chill.
