Elizabeth Lamb

½ c. chopped onion
2 t. salt
1 clove garlic
1 t. mustard
¼ c. sugar
1 t. paprika
1 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. catsup
1 tea. oregano
Mix all ingredients and let stand at lest 2 hours.  Strain and store.
