FRANCES COPPA'S BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. minced garlic   
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. olive oil

Place all ingredients in food processor except oils.  With machine running, add oils very slowly.  Dressing will be Thick.  Store in refrigerator.
