GLAZE FOR ANGEL FOOD OR SPONGE CAKE

Combine ¼ c. frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted, ¼ c. strained applesauce and apricots (prepared baby food) and ½ c. sugar.  Stir over low heat to blend.  Boil five minutes.  Cool and brush glaze on cake.
